All registration is done online. Once you successfully register online, you will receive a confirmation E-mail. If you haven’t received your confirmation E-mail, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to check on your registration.
CANCELLATIONS / REFUNDS
All requests for refunds must be made in writing; verbal cancellations/refund requests will not be honored.
The following refund policy applies to all camps or clinics listed in the camp guide unless otherwise specified:
Residential/Team and Early ID: Cancellation and/or request for refunds received at least two weeks prior to the start of camp may receive a 50% refund, minus a non-refundable administrative fee.
Full Day/Half Day and Elite ID Camp: Cancellation and/or request for refunds received at least 72 hours prior to the start of camp may receive a 50% refund, minus a non-refundable administrative fee.
If the cancellation notice is received after the above-said deadlines, 0% of the paid balance will be returned.
NOTE: No refunds are available for camper cancellations of Development Clinics, Strength & Conditioning Seminar, or Goalkeeper Clinics.
Exceptions to this policy are stated below:
Medical Circumstances/Injury: If there is a medical circumstance occurring after the above said deadline(s) and a medical doctor, states it is unsafe and/or will do more harm to the player to participate from a pre-existing injury and/or surgery or a injury sustained recently, therefore preventing the camper’s participation - a note signed by the medical doctor can be sent to camp director and the following refunds are applicable:
Residential/Team and Residential Early ID: 50% refund will be applied, minus a nonrefundable administrative fee.
Half Day Camp: All but $10 will be refunded, minus a non-refundable administrative fee.
Full Day Camp: All but $15 will be refunded, minus a non-refundable administrative fee.
Elite ID Camp: All but $15 will be refunded, minus a non-refundable administrative fee.
Camp Credit: Campers will also have the choice to apply their registration to a future camp (camp credit) that will be applied to a future camp of their choice; camp credit must be used within one camp season year of application (i.e. Summer 2018-Summer 2019)
Gift Certificate: If you registered using a gift certificate, there will be NO refunds, but you will have the opportunity to transfer to the next day camp offered by requesting to be put into camp credit – which would need to be used per camp credit statute of limitations.
Carolina Soccer School holds the right to refund the full amount of the registration fee to campers under certain circumstances (i.e. inclement weather/natural disasters causing travel cancellations, death in the family, illnesses in the family causing travel issues).
Carolina Soccer School reserves the right to change and/or cancel any camp at any time for any reason, at which time a full refund will be honored.

All camps are located on the USC Campus in Columbia, SC. Columbia Metropolitan Airport is located 15 minutes from campus. If you choose to fly into Charlotte Douglas, there is a Charlotte to Columbia shuttle. Please visit www.ColumbiaCharlotteShuttle.com for more details.
Check-in and camp registration will be on the morning camp begins starting 30 minutes prior and will take place at the USC Field House unless otherwise indicated.

There is street parking on Marion and Heyward Streets near Stone Stadium and the Field House.
Yes, all sessions are open and we encourage parents and coaches to visit. Copies of the curriculum are always available.
A full time University of South Carolina trainer is on site at all times. The USC Health Center is available if needed. Campers are provided secondary insurance if needed.
